He has worked as a Senior Operational Manager, as well as an Interim Director and Chairman/MD for a number of organisations in business and professional services. With Aspire he has focused on clients in the manufacturing, transport, airlines, health, local authority, not for profit and utilities sectors. These achievements, combined with his previous experience of a cross-section of industries and business contexts, give him a deep understanding of the issues that arise within medium and large organisations and the practical solutions that are required to resolve them.

He specialises in business solutions design, systems integration implementation, process and productivity improvement.
